Job Details

What You'll Do:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Develop and maintain financial models to drive business decisions
Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and executive leadership
Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights
Help build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and controls

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Background in power generation, energy, or capital-intensive industries preferred
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Oracle Fusion experience a plus
Strong communicator who can translate numbers into narrative
Self-starter mentality with a passion for building
