We are a team of world-class experts developing and shipping products at the intersection of silicon, hardware, software, and content. The Reality Labs team seeks an AMS Silicon Validation Engineer. Job Responsibilities Responsible for SoC and E2E system validation plan development and execution Develop FW tooling for debug and validation Understand system HW/SW/FW components as a whole and perform test execution and debugging Power and performance characterization on pre-silicon platforms and post-silicon validation boards Create diagnostic and validation tools to test firmware functionality, performance, and reliability Able to work in an agile environment, adapt validation plans based on changing roadmaps Skills Hands-on experience in bring-up and validation of complex SoCs; 3+ years of embedded systems or firmware development experience Experience in scripting languages like Python; ability to read and debug FW/baremetal code in C; high proficiency in C is preferred Familiarity with firmware testing frameworks and automation; proficiency with JTAG debuggers Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues Preferred Knowledge and experience in pre-silicon validation platforms (e.g., FPGA and emulation) Preferred Proficiency in lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and analyzers Good verbal and written communication skills; basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience #J-18808-Ljbffr ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
