Grounds Maintenance Laborer

Duties and Responsibilities Picking up debris and other trash around the site and prior to mowing; Operate lawn mowers and other grass cutting equipment; Trimming and edging of grass around trees, shrubs, mulched beds, poles, sidewalks, etc.; Mulching and Weeding of mulched beds; Cut/trim foliage and other required basic tree pruning as directed; Operating basic landscaping and other grounds equipment; and Performing other similar tasks as directed. Required Qualifications and Experience Must be a US citizen and must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment; Must have a valid driver’s license; Physically able to climb ladders and stairs; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Should have general knowledge of weed trimmers and mowers.
