ProForce Pest Control is hiring Seasonal Service Professionals / Pest Control Technicians for the upcoming busy season. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing excellent service.

No pest control experience required - we provide paid training and certification support .

What You'll Be Doing:

Forget everything you think you know about pest control. This isn't just spraying and walking away - this is hands-on problem-solving and five-star customer service. You'll be:

As a Seasonal Pest Control Technician / Service Professional, you will:

Perform residential and commercial pest control services
Conduct home inspections and pest inspections
Identify pest activity (ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, insects, and other household pests)
Apply eco-friendly pest treatments safely and professionally
Deliver excellent customer service and education to homeowners
Provide preventative pest control solutions
Maintain service routes and service schedules
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Represent ProForce professionally in the field

Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
Pest control experience is a plus, but not required
