Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Management:Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.Quality Assurance:Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.Financial Analysis:Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.Plan Interpretation:Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.Our Ideal CandidateMinimum Education:Degree in Construction Management or related field is required.Minimum Experience:Prior construction Experience of 1-2 years is preferred.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attributes:Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
