LNA Float Pool

This float position offers a rare opportunity to work across three distinct care settings - a geropsychiatric unit, a medical-surgical unit, and an emergency department - giving you exposure that most LNAs never get in a single role. Whether you're providing compassionate, relationship-centered care to older adults navigating complex behavioral and cognitive challenges, supporting post-surgical patients through recovery, or working alongside a fast-moving ED team, each shift brings something new.
