Consulting Solutions Executive - Data Modernization & Cloud Migration

Location: Chicago, IL (Must Reside in the Chicago Metro Area)

Overview

Kforce Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Consulting Solutions Executive to drive growth across the Chicago market. This individual will be responsible for developing and expanding client relationships while selling consulting services focused on Data Modernization, Cloud Migration, AI & Data Platforms, Digital Transformation, and related technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of selling professional services and consulting solutions, understands enterprise technology transformation, and has established relationships with senior technology and business decision-makers throughout the Chicago market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on enterprise organizations in the Chicago region.
\n
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
\n
• Sell consulting services related to:
\n
• Data Modernization
\n
• Cloud Migration & Cloud Transformation
\n
• Data Platforms & Analytics
\n
• AI & Data Solutions
\n
• Application Modernization
\n
• Infrastructure & Platform Transformation
\n
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VP Technology, VP Engineering, and other executive decision-makers.
\n
• Collaborate with solution architects, practice leaders, and delivery teams to develop client solutions.
\n
• Lead discovery conversations to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities.
\n
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and consulting engagements.
\n
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution.
\n
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
\n
• Represent Kforce Consulting Solutions at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 7+ years of experience selling technology consulting, professional services, or managed solutions.
\n
• Experience selling Data Modernization and/or Cloud Migration engagements.
\n
• Demonstrated success selling into enterprise and mid-market organizations.
\n
• Experience building executive-level relationships and navigating complex sales cycles.
\n
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
\n
• Ability to communicate business and technical value to both executive and technical audiences.
\n
• Proven history of generating net-new logos and expanding strategic accounts.
\n
• Must currently reside in the Chicago metropolitan area.
\n

• Prior experience with a consulting, systems integrator, or technology services organization.

• Existing network of technology leaders throughout the Chicago market.
\n
• Experience partnering with cloud providers and technology alliances.
