Senior Liability Claim Examiner

A company is looking for a Senior Claim Examiner - Liability. Key Responsibilities Investigate and settle complex liability claims using independent judgment Manage investigative activities and direct litigation strategies with legal counsel Analyze claims activities and prepare reports for clients and management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 4-8 years of technical claims investigations/settling experience Ability to work independently while assimilating various technical subjects Industry designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU are preferred License requirements per state or jurisdictional requirements
