Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. The candidate will provide high-quality ultrasound services to support patient diagnoses and care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic echocardiograms, ultrasounds, and related imaging studies.
Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
Operate ultrasound equipment efficiently and accurately.
Verify patient information and document procedures thoroughly.
Collaborate with medical staff to interpret image results and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain equipment standards.

Qualifications:

Hold an active license and valid certification in Ultrasound or Sonography.
Possess BLS and other relevant certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment.
Provide proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or valid declinations.
Successfully pass drug screening and background check prior to start.
