Information System Security Officer Location Tysons, VA 22182 Clearance TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship) Key Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security posture of information systems, ensuring compliance with security policies, and managing risk through the implementation of robust security measures. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to oversee system security assessments, monitor for vulnerabilities, and respond to potential threats. Degree (Level Desired) Bachelor's Degree Degree (Focus) Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Security, Systems Engineering, Information Assurance, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Risk Management, Electrical Engineering, etc. Alternate Experience General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4‑5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4‑5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
