The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales and promoting iCRYOs wellness services. This role combines customer service, education, and sales to help clients achieve their health, recovery, and wellness goals.

• Educate clients on iCRYO services, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV therapy, compression therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Drive membership sales, package upgrades, and retail purchases
• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Guide clients through services and answer questions, ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding
• Build relationships and follow up with members to encourage repeat visits and long term engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Assist with client scheduling, check ins, and POS transactions
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and safety standards while supporting daily operations and team collaboration
• Promote services through local events, partnerships, and in store engagement
• Assist with social media content and community outreach efforts
• Help generate new leads through grassroots marketing initiatives

• Comfortable discussing and recommending wellness services
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
