Onsite HR Generalist — Elevate Culture at Fulfillment Center
CSC Generation Enterprise
Backcountry is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the on-site HR presence for its Virginia Fulfillment Center in Christiansburg, VA. You will own the full people function for a high-volume hourly workforce, shaping culture, retention, and performance on the floor every day. With 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, you will lead onboarding, employee relations, and retention initiatives, while partnering with Operations to drive safety, training, and compliance.
