SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER / TECH LEAD

Role:   Salesforce Tech Lead / Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: Pittsburgh PA, Burmingham AL, Pheonix AZ, Farmers Branch TX, Cleveland OH, & Pittsburgh PA (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are seeking a  Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join the  EDGE (Employees Delivering Greater Experience)team, which serves as the Enterprise CRM platform.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Eliminating technical debt

• Implementing enhancements

• Providing ongoing system maintenance

• Collaborating with multiple Scrum teams and stakeholders

This role involves a mix of  hands-on development, technical leadership, and Agile participation .

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Perform hands-on Salesforce development

• Contribute to design discussions and solution architecture

• Assign tasks and user stories

• Review code and technical designs from developers

• Mentor and guide junior developers

Required Skills

• Strong experience in  Salesforce Development

• Hands-on experience with  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Strong knowledge of  Apex (writing classes and logic)

• Experience with  Visualforce pages

• Good understanding of  Triggers

• Experience with  Salesforce configurations (declarative vs programmatic)

• Knowledge of  Aura Components

• Experience working with  Sales Console and Service Console
