You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be motivated to learn, comfortable being held accountable to goals, and willing to consistently follow up with prospective clients. Ideal candidates will bring: Active Texas Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain Sales, insurance, customer service, or relationship‑building experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking with prospective customers by phone and in person Ability to manage leads and follow‑up activity Competitive and self‑motivated attitude Coachability and willingness to learn Strong organizational and technology skills Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
