Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine settings preferred.
• For PTA candidates: active Arizona PTA license required and prior experience assisting in outpatient clinics preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per facility standards.

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Start Date: May 26 (start date listed by client).
• Openings: (1) PT or (1) PTA.
