Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist (2596)

We are looking for a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth and generate new business through customer needs assessment, face-to-face interactions, and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Generate new business sales and cross-sell existing customers, including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance products. Engage walk‑in customers, conduct marketing calls, and visit retail locations to build community relationships and promote continued growth. Attract new customers and retain the book of business within the assigned market/retail location. Leverage community contacts and active presence in your own community to build a sales pipeline. Initiate outbound calling to target customer base for product offerings. Monitor local competitors, suggest initiatives to improve market position. Work with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to achieve production goals. Deliver optimal results across quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction and financial performance, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Understands, promotes, and remains current on underwriting guidelines and policy changes. Receive customer payments, issue receipts, and verify cash drawer reports. Minimum Qualifications 0–2 years of experience. P&C licensing (Preferred) or the ability to attain required licensure within 90 days of joining. Preferred Skills and Competencies Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products. Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross‑sell, and retention. Leverages community contacts to build a sales pipeline and multiple centers of influence/referral sources. Initiates outbound calling to established target customer base. Monitors key competitors and provides suggestions for market initiatives. Works with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes. Delivers optimal results within appropriate metrics, including compliance with all rules and standards. Understands and remains current on company underwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos. Receives customer payments, issues receipts, and verifies reports for cash drawers. Compensation Unlicensed Candidates Base compensation: $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
