Finance Manager, Investment & Leasing Salary: $130 - 160K base Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Onsite 5 days/week Why This Opportunity Stands Out Reports to the Leasing Divisional President, with a dotted line to the CFO. Opportunity to be hired at the Director level for the right experience. Evaluate aircraft investments, leasing economics, portfolio performance, financing structures, and capital deployment. Key Responsibilities For The Finance Manager Build and evaluate advanced financial models incorporating debt structures, taxes, maintenance cash flows, financing scenarios, and stress testing. Analyze asset and portfolio returns, lease performance, residual values, cash flows, credit exposure, and investment opportunities. Partner with accounting on lease classification, revenue recognition, depreciation, impairment, monthly close, and aircraft purchase/sale accounting. Support technical lease-accounting requirements, including ASC 842 and relevant global lease-accounting standards. Evaluate and execute complex leasing, investment, financing, and aircraft-related transactions. Prepare investment analyses and executive-level reporting for senior leadership and investment decisions. Qualifications For The Finance Manager 7+ years of relevant experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, structured finance, asset finance, or a closely related investment field. Strong accounting foundation with demonstrated knowledge of ASC 842 and/or IFRS 16 and the ability to handle technical lease-accounting questions. Advanced financial modeling and cash-flow analysis skills, including valuation, return analysis, capital structures, and transaction economics. Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing complex investment or asset-financing transactions; aviation experience is preferred, with relevant equipment, automotive, or other asset-leasing backgrounds also potentially applicable. #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
