Duties

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for the Administrative Division. Typical work assignments will include:

1. Answers telephone and refers callers to staff members or takes messages as appropriate;
2. Operates copying machine;
3. Collates and staples materials;
4. Sorts and arranges material for filing in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order;
5. Locates and retrieves materials;
6. Stocks forms and other office supplies;
7. Makes recurring and special messenger trips as necessary.

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
