- Credentialing: Emergency privileges available with clean file
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Yes (Ortho Surgery)
- Certifications: ACLS/BLS; DEA; PALS if seeing pediatrics
- Licensure: New Mexico
