model quantity takeoffs and other project-information requests under the direction of a BIM/VDC Specialist.\n Follow established BIM/VDC templates, file structures, naming standards, and workflows.\n Communicate questions, inconsistencies, and potential model concerns to the assigned BIM/VDC Specialist.\n Provide production support without independently leading coordination meetings, managing trade partners, or making project-level coordination decisions.\n \n Training and Professional Development:\n \n Participate in internal and external training related to reality capture, drones, construction technology, BIM/VDC software, and jobsite safety. \n Develop proficiency with the reality-capture hardware and software supported by the BIM/VDC team.\n Complete applicable equipment, software, safety, and drone certifications within the timeframes established by team leadership.\n Maintain required certifications and participate in recurring training as assigned.\n Develop a basic understanding of construction documents, building systems, construction sequencing, and AEC workflows.\n Stay informed about updates to the hardware and software used in assigned work.\n Share lessons learned and relevant technical information with the Reality Capture Coordinator and BIM/VDC team.\n \n Collaboration and Communication:\n \n Maintain regular communication with the Reality Capture Coordinator regarding assignment status, scheduling, site conditions, equipment needs, and data-processing progress.\n Establish professional working relationships with project teams,
