Job Opportunity – Physician or Advanced Practice Provider – Indiana

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: Northern Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating call responsibilities. Call requirement includes 4-5 weekday call shifts per pay period and one weekend per month. Weekend call incorporated into total call volume.

Highlights:

• Consistent weekday schedule with predictable hours and regular call rotation
• Limited weekend commitment – one weekend per month
• Weekday call from end of shift until 7:30 AM the following morning
• Weekend call extends from end of shift Friday through Monday at 7:30 AM
• Balanced call schedule averaging 4-5 weekday shifts per pay period
• Future start date allows ample time for relocation and onboarding

Requirements:

• Active medical license or appropriate clinical licensure eligible in Indiana
• Board certification or board eligibility in applicable specialty
• Availability to fulfill call obligations including weeknight and weekend coverage
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care
