We are hiring an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for our apartment community Lodge at Hidden River in Tampa, FL . As a Leasing Consultant, you'll create an exceptional experience for prospective residents while driving leasing success. From conducting community tours and managing prospect follow-up to helping individuals find their next home, you'll play a key role in achieving occupancy goals and contributing to the overall success of the community. AIR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and support your success, including: Base pay of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour + competitive commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. What You Will Do Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt prospect follow-up, scheduling appointments, and conducting community tours. Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to help prospects find their new home. Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents. Support leasing efforts across AIR communities as needed. Assist with community marketing and outreach initiatives. Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing laws and regulations. Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the leasing journey. Who You Are Goal-driven and sales-oriented. Motivated by achieving and exceeding performance objectives. Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. A strong communicator and relationship builder. A collaborative team player. What You Have 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Ability to provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents. Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours, including weekends as needed. Reliable transportation.
