Tier 2 IT Support Specialist

Dlhcorporation is looking for a Technical IT Support Specialist, Associate, to provide Tier 2 IT support and ensure effective resolution of technical issues. You will troubleshoot IT incidents while maintaining service quality standards, responding to users via phone, in-person, and remote channels. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT support, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
