Concept Designer

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Visual Designer. Do you have experience creating high-quality visual designs, developing data visualizations, and advocating for human-centered design principles? What You Will Be Doing You will be a key member of our design team, responsible for producing compelling visual assets that support user-centric experiences and align with brand standards. You will partner with researchers, analysts, business leaders, and technology teams to develop digital prototypes, infographics, and design collateral for both digital and print mediums. Your role involves translating research insights into effective visual storytelling and managing enterprise-wide design projects. You will communicate concepts clearly to senior leadership and ensure design strategies support business objectives while delivering user value. This position is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visual designs, digital prototypes, and print collateral that enhance user experiences and meet brand standards. Develop and present data visualizations, illustrations, infographics, and experience journey visuals to diverse stakeholders. Advocate for human-centered design principles by integrating research insights into your design process. Collaborate closely with researchers, analysts, and business leaders to align design work with strategic goals. Effectively communicate ideas and concepts through visual storytelling to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Support enterprise-wide design initiatives by balancing user needs and business objectives. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to deliver optimal solutions. Required Skills & Experience 3-5+ years of experience in visual or digital design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototype tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization, digital prototypes, and impactful visual storytelling. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present ideas to senior leadership. Knowledge of human-centered design principles and user research methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Desired Skills & Experience Experience working on enterprise-wide design initiatives. Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Industry experience in technology, finance, or healthcare sectors. Exposure to user research tools or usability testing platforms.
