SMT Operator, Inspector & Assembly Openings

Looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing? We are hiring for multiple openings across our production team, including SMT Operators, Quality Inspectors, and Electronic Assemblers . Whether you have experience running automated equipment, inspecting products under a microscope, or assembling small components, we want to hear from you.

SMT Operators

• Operate pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, conveyors, and other automated equipment
• Load feeders, monitor production, perform machine setup and changeovers
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production

Quality Inspectors

• Inspect circuit boards and electronic assemblies using microscopes and magnification tools
• Identify solder defects, missing components, and quality concerns
• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections

Electronic Assemblers

• Assemble electronic components and circuit boards following detailed work instructions
• Handle small parts and components in a clean manufacturing environment
• Support production and quality standards throughout the assembly process

• 6+ months of manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, inspection, or electronics experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Experience with SMT, PCB manufacturing, microscopes, or electronics is a plus

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

SMT operation, electronics assembly, medical device assembly, machine operation, microscope inspection, PCB manufacturing, soldering, quality inspection, production, manufacturing, cleanroom, or automated equipment operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
