Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at our Building Materials location in East Dubuque, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling concrete masonry, accessories, and natural and cultured stone, with a proven sales track record. Outside Sales Representative responsibilities include (but not limited to): Identify new sales opportunities in the core structural & building materials category, including concrete masonry, block, and brick markets, as well as natural, manufactured, cultured, and man-made stone Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customers’ needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner Educate customers on our products, services, and industry trends Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and execute purchase orders Ensure orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied Collaborate with internal team, project managers, and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay up to date on trends and competitors Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the company customer relationship management (CRM) system Outside Sales Representative Qualifications : A strong understanding of core structural concrete masonry and natural, manufactured, cultured stone with a willingness to continually educate yourself Strong focus on customer relationships and excellent service with a commitment to a high level of integrity A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and resolution skills Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work without direct supervision Valid driver's license and good driving record As a member of the RiverStone team, you will get: Starting salary a minimum of $75,000 (The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience) Health, Dental and Vision insurance with Flex Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Discretionary End-of-Year Bonus 401k with company match Company cell phone and vehicle for work travel Start Your Career With Us: Ready to join a supportive team where you can make an impact?
