**Facility:**
This facility is a 357-bed tertiary referral center featuring a state-of-the-art Digestive Health Center with an outpatient endoscopy unit and side-by-side clinic containing 8 endoscopy suites. A new hospital is under construction with projected opening in July 2023. The facility has University of Minnesota medical school affiliation, offering teaching and research opportunities.
**Opportunity: BC/BE in Gastroenterology - Advanced GI Fellowship**
This position is for an Advanced Endoscopist with expertise in bariatric endoscopy and/or ESD as part of a planned expansion. The role can accommodate subspecialty interests and provides a favorable 1:3 call schedule in a 100% consultative practice.
**Job Details:**
• Join a team of seven physicians including 6 general and one advanced endoscopy Gastroenterologist
• Perform advanced procedures including ERCP, SpyGlass Cholangioscopy, EUS (diagnostic and therapeutic), RFA, cryotherapy, EMR and enteral stenting
• Work with latest model Olympus endoscopes, EUS processors, and Omega fixed table fluoroscopy unit
• Benefit from an IM hospitalist service that manages all GI admissions while GI functions as a consultative service
• Collaborate with eleven NPs/PAs and six General GI Physicians who support outpatient management of IBS, IBD and liver disease

**Compensation:**
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Guaranteed base salary with incentive for production for the duration of employment, not an RVU based model, with no buy-ins. Additional compensation may include bonuses and quality incentives.
