Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring proper sanitation. Support patients in mobility and physical activities, encouraging independence and rehabilitation.
