Keep reading for the details.The Scope of WorkMaintenance calls from tenants and approved HOA/Condo Association HomeownersEntering, assigning, scheduling and following up with maintenance work ordersCustomer service reach outs to tenants regarding maintenance work ordersCommunicate with tenants and HOA/Condo Homeowners as well as Property Managers on work order statusObtain bids for project work for managed properties and communicate to Property Management team and contractorsAssist with building a scope of work for contract work on managed propertiesAssist with Severe Weather protocol as needed which may include evenings and weekendsThe Ideal CandidateMust have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicleAbove average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.You make continuous learning a priority.You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team!Familiarity with Microsoft 365Do you share similar values?
