This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician seeking a consistent weekday schedule in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong primary care experience, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to manage a broad range of family medicine cases independently. Compensation: $150 Per Hour Position Details Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch break built into the schedule No weekends required Average patient volume: 20 patients per day No procedures required Shared call rotation of approximately 1:8 weeks Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care visits and annual wellness exams Manage medication refills, follow-up appointments, and chronic disease care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with clinical staff and care teams to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Connecticut medical license required Minimum of 5 years of Family Medicine experience preferred Strong outpatient clinical and patient management skills Ability to work independently in a busy primary care environmentaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
