Mental Health Worker

SUMMARY

The Mental Health Worker will perform random urine toxicology collection activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients in a courteous mannerSupervise urine toxicology samplesEnsure all drug screen specimens are collected accurately and on timeCollect specimens according to established proceduresComplete chain of custody forms accuratelySubmit supporting documentation electronicallyPackage specimens for transportMaintain required records & documentationProvide administrative support including filing, faxing documents, preparing & distributing mail, and compilating statistics & data for reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
