Head of Complete Equipment Sales
JCB North America
SoCal JCB is seeking an experienced sales leader to direct the complete machines sales management team, set strategy, long-range plans, and budgets for the department. You will drive performance by aligning objectives, processes, and incentives across locations. The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and a proven ability to grow revenue while maintaining dealer relations and customer satisfaction.
