Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time

• Clinic Setting: 6789 Southpoint Parkway, Building 100, Jacksonville, FL (in home, in community, and in school as well)
• Starting at $21+ per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses
• Full Time Monday-Friday from 9:00-6:30

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Collect and document data to track client progress
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care
• Support clients in homes, schools, and clinic settings
• Assist with behavior support and crisis management when needed

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT Certification
• FL Medicaid and NPI ID
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience working in various settings (home, school, clinic preferred)
• CPR certification (can be completed upon hire)
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism reach their fullest potential
