Technical Recruiter

If you enjoy influencing hiring decisions, building relationships, and navigating complex talent markets, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.JSG’s recruiters are compensated with base, plus uncapped commission!Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing market insights, talent trends, and consultative guidance on hiring strategiesAssess and challenge client requirements when necessary, offering alternative solutions to better align with market realities and talent availabilityInfluence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and deep understanding of technical skill sets and market conditionsIndependently prioritize and manage recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectivesExercise a high level of discretion and judgment in identifying, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates aligned to client needs and organizational fitRecruit candidates using a wealth of resources (LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.)Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture and operations, and community to candidatesManage end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and communication between candidates and hiring teamsManage contractor/consultant relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle, including performance monitoring, coaching, disciplinary action, and ongoing feedbackConsistently update the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) to reflect current candidate information, activity records, and interview summariesTechnical Recruiter Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree is preferred2+ years' recruiting experience, preferably Engineering/Technical1+ years of experience in an MSP and/or high-volume recruiting environmentMust have an assertive \"hunter\" mindsetProven client facing experience, demonstrating sociabilityProven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidatesAmbition to build strong relationships and work with a team toward successfully filling rolesAdhere to designated in-office work modelWhy work for JSG?Our people and culture make JSG a great place to work.
