What You’ll Do As an Insurance Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping grow the agency while supporting customers with their insurance and financial service needs. Responsibilities include Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and account growth Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers Recommend, explain, and sell State Farm insurance products including auto, home, renters, life insurance, and financial services Follow up with warm leads, existing customers, referrals, and prospective clients Confidently engage in sales conversations and ask the right questions to uncover customer needs Handle customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and care Work closely with the agency team to create a smooth and positive customer experience Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals Stay organized with follow‑up, pipeline management, and daily sales activity What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, enjoys talking to people, and has the drive to win.
