Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Key Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Participates in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; RN license required. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness. Additional Requirements: Experience in Operating Room (OR) preferred.
