Administrative Technician

Position OverviewUnder general supervision, this position performs moderately complex clerical, secretarial and general office assistance work in Special Investigations. Employee reviews and interprets various data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. This position fingerprints, transcribes audio and/or video interviews, answers telephones, composes and types material, establishes and maintains files and computer databases. Performs related work as required.Must be able to transcribe from audio/video sources. DCI certification.
