Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards across applications, data, integrations, automation, and technology platforms.Establish practical architecture governance and review processes aligned with ITIL change, incident, problem, release, and configuration management.Review proposed technology, integration, data, and automation changes for architectural alignment.Document and maintain current-state application, data, integration, and technology architecture, including inventories, diagrams, data flows, interfaces, and system dependencies.Identify undocumented systems, technical risks, manual processes, integration dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Evaluate application and data architectures to improve standardization, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and supportability.Establish best practices for application lifecycle management, data ownership, systems of record, integration patterns, and data movement.Use process mining to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for process improvement and standardization.Identify and evaluate opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent automation.Establish automation standards covering design, documentation, ownership, monitoring, support, security, and change management.Assess applications, integrations, data flows, and automations for reliability, resiliency, single points of failure, and operational risk.Recommend architecture improvements that reduce technical debt, simplify integrations, improve system stability, and increase scalability.Develop and support technology roadmaps covering applications, data, integrations, automation, and future-state architecture.Provide architecture guidance for new projects, vendor evaluations, system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.Partner with application, infrastructure, data, security, integration, service management, and support teams to drive architectural consistency.Translate complex technical issues into clear recommendations for IT leadership and project teams.Maintain accurate architecture documentation to support operations, planning, onboarding, governance, and change management.Serve as a technical advisor to IT leadership while promoting architecture standards, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
