Special Projects ManagerProject Management/OperationsVancouver, WA • Full-Time/RegularDirects the overall planning and scheduling of Special Projects, significantly contributing to the achievement of company, division, and project objectives and ensuring maximum operating results.Supports the implementation of project management processes, policies, and procedures within the corporate policy.Provides detailed inputs on constructability, cost control, and scheduling during the planning and execution stages of projects.Monitors project performance against plans and standards, providing feedback to team members, and escalates issues as needed.Supports the achievement of short- and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.Identifies and resolves project-specific challenges, coordinating with staff and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.Collaborates in cross-functional projects and shares operational best practices.Supports budget monitoring and cost analysis activities to maintain financial control of assigned projects.Identifies staff training needs and supports career development.Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Reviews objectives to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.Manages activities of two or more teams or sections, typically through subordinate supervisors. For Washington this ranges from $141,726.00 - $173,221.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.Contingent Employment: All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, and professional reference checks.
