Operations Specialist - Securities Administration Location: Bank Plaza – Wheeling, WV and Henderson Rd – Columbus, OH (Full‑time, in‑office) Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Clerical experience preferred. Summary The Operations Specialist works as part of a team to track and record incoming business, create electronic and/or paper files, and record and submit required reports to management and the clearing firm. The position also supports customer service and investment advisors, handling incoming calls and service issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Multitasking across these tasks is critical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive calls and handle issues from customers, advisors, management, and others. Maintain knowledge of procedures and documents needed for account opening and editing. Process required documents for incoming and outgoing advisors with insurance carriers and mutual fund companies. Compile daily, monthly, and quarterly reports. Work with the team to meet departmental goals and create efficiencies when possible. Other Requirements Acquire and maintain proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures; adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service skills. Perform general administrative/clerical tasks. Be detail‑oriented and accurate.
