We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee commercial and mission-critical construction projects, including data center builds in the Sterling, VA area. This leadership role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and ensuring all work is completed safely and according to contract requirements.

• Supervise and direct subcontractors, vendors, foremen, and field personnel.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily construction activities across one or more project sites.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, customer contracts, and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower needs, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and maintain compliance with company and customer policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support ongoing commercial and data center construction projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and project communication.

Required:

• Experience supervising construction projects and field personnel.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, methods, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working as a foreman for a General Contractor.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or data center construction projects.

• Field-based position with regular exposure to active construction sites.
• Work may involve varying weather conditions, construction hazards, and high-voltage environments.
• Occasional evening, weekend, and extended-hour work may be required to meet project demands.
• Travel to project sites is expected.

Pay: $57.00 - $65.00 per hour, based on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, VA.

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $65.00/hr.
