Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients including those with cardiac, trauma, and neurological conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active RN license in Iowa or a Compact state license accepted
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• PALS certification (AHA) required
• CPI certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred (required upon extension)
• First-time travelers welcome to apply
