We are seeking a passionate and qualified Middle School ELA Teacher Qualifications and Preferred Skills: Appropriate New Jersey English certification required Knowledge of the NJSLS and evidence-based literacy instruction Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills that foster a positive learning environment Experience using formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student growth Commitment to creating engaging learning experiences that promote critical thinking, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills Salary Range: $70,500 - $100,904 in accordance with the UTEA Agreement based on education and experience.
