Pressure Washer / Exterior Maintenance Technician Help Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best!

At Rise Up Restaurants , home to Wingstop and Pizza Patrón , first impressions matter. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Pressure Washer / Exterior Maintenance Technician who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming restaurants for our guests and team members.

As part of our Maintenance Team, you'll travel to our restaurant locations throughout the San Antonio area, helping keep our properties looking clean, safe, and guest-ready by:

• Operating commercial pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, drive-thrus, patios, dumpster pads, and building exteriors
• Safely applying detergents and cleaning solutions when needed
• Driving a company vehicle to and from restaurant locations
• Loading, unloading, and properly caring for all equipment and supplies
• Inspecting completed work to ensure every location meets our cleanliness standards
• Performing routine equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs
• Keeping the company vehicle clean, organized, and well maintained
• Tracking and documenting approved company credit card purchases
• Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
• Assisting with additional maintenance-related duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of pressure washing or related exterior maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate commercial pressure washing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day

This is a full-time position that involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other seasonal elements.

Because our restaurants remain busy during operating hours, most pressure washing and exterior cleaning is performed overnight or in the early morning. This role requires flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as well as in various weather conditions.
