Radiology Technologist – X-Ray

12-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 10:50 AM to 5:00 PM every other weekend.

Training will occur throughout the week of November 9-13, with a start date in mid-November.

All required certifications and licenses must be valid at the time of submission. No pending certifications or licenses will be accepted. No infractions on license.

Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.

Determine exposure factors based on patient characteristics and the required imaging.

Perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment.

Operate mobile radiologic equipment when applicable.

Practice radiation protection techniques.

Process images and maintain records and logs of work performed.

Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and enhance cooperation.

Assist in training students and new staff.

Maintain a positive atmosphere for customers by prioritizing their needs.
