You will:

• Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies — from theory to application.
• Run hands-on labs in a fully equipped, climate-controlled facility using industry-standard equipment.
• Create a dynamic learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and skill mastery.
• Assess performance, document progress, and provide constructive coaching.
• Align lesson plans to industry standards and certification expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates to continually strengthen program effectiveness and graduate success.
• Stay up to date with HVAC/R innovations, tools, and codes.
• Coach learners toward certification exams and job readiness.

You bring:

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Energy for mentoring and motivating students from all backgrounds.

Campus-specific requirement (Hicksville):

Lincoln Tech is piloting a classroom recording initiative at our Hicksville campus. As a condition of employment at this location, all instructors are required to sign a recording consent agreement prior to hire. Candidates who are unable to provide consent will not be eligible for this position.
