Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) ( M-Th 7a-7p and Friday 7a-6p )
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics to join a dynamic clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care while contributing to the growth of orthopedic services. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient outcomes, mentorship, and continuous professional development. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one orthopedic physical therapy
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize manual therapy techniques and provide patient education
- Collaborate with orthopedic and specialty clinicians across clinics
- Mentor team members interested in orthopedic health development
- Contribute to program growth and community education initiatives
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in orthopedic examination and treatment
- Strong clinical reasoning in orthopedic care
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Excellent patient education and communication skills
- Interest in mentoring and team development
- Growth mindset with commitment to continuing education
