Supply Chain Specialist

ConeCraft is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to support the planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics functions across our operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of materials, maintaining supplier relationships, and helping optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and production schedules. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about driving operational efficiency while supporting ConeCraft's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate procurement activities and manage purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and components. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Analyze supply chain data, inventory trends, and supplier performance metrics. Work closely with vendors to track orders, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong business relationships. Support demand planning and forecasting activities to align inventory with business needs. Identify and implement process improvements that reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless material flow. Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Assist in negotiating pricing, lead times, and service agreements with suppliers. Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments. APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or related certification. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
