As a Retail Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting merchandising efforts to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to security protocols and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, professional experience to all customers, assisting with product inquiries, in-store and online order placements, and purchases. Promptly address customer concerns, escalating complex issues to store management as needed. Stay informed on promotions, store policies, and product offerings to ensure accurate customer assistance. Inventory Management: Receive and process new inventory shipments, ensuring stock accuracy and proper organization. Monitor inventory levels regularly and notify management of potential stock shortages. Participate in inventory audits and comply with company standards for stock handling. Collaborate with store management on merchandising strategies to enhance product displays. Implement visual merchandising guidelines, refreshing displays to align with seasonal trends and promotions. Identify opportunities for promotional items and clearance sales to maximize revenue. Support and guide team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer service. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages initiative and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience (campus store experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Attention to detail in inventory management and visual merchandising. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders as needed. Manual dexterity for handling inventory and using POS systems. Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing or scanning items. Why Join Us?
