Not titrating gtts or cardiac gttsVentsBipap, Cpap, High Flow Hospitalist or Intensivist in houseHospitalist in house 24/7 IV TeamNo IV Team - B-Braun RT 24/7RT is in-house 24/7Pharmacy 24/7Pharmacy is in-house 24/7 - OmnicellShifts"12's 7-730 for both day or night shifts (she is open to 8 hr shifts - some of the staff do 8's)Use Kronos to enter schedule requests then the clinical coordinator enters & manager approves, at least 2 weeks in advance for 4 weeks at a time. Will allow block scheduling if in the contract. Nights is usually blocks. Sun - Sat (confirm if same as ICU) staff enters their own reyuest & mgr finalizee scyhe block if works out "FloatingAny MedSurg.
